Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is busiest during the summer months when thousands of mainly European passengers arrive at its single terminals.

The one terminal is housed in a fairly small building that deals with both international and domestic arrivals and departures. The airport has a good range of facilities including ATMs, a bank, restaurants, a first aid room and duty-free shopping.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets

Non-restricted areas of the airport offer a range of small kiosks, newspaper outlets, money changing facilities and tour operators, while the Departures Hall has a much wider selection of shopping outlets including duty free. The biggest store, Aldeasa, offers everything from perfume, cigarettes and alcohol to designer clothing items and souvenirs. Other popular outlets are Divers, for chocolate delights; Artesania, a gift and games store; Music Network, offering a range of electrical goods and CDs; and Golosinas, for regional food products.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants

Located within the Departures Hall are Ben & Jerry's ice cream parlour, Café Café coffee shop, Caféteria Dalt Vila and Caféteria Ibiza, all of which offer drinks and snacks to those awaiting flights. There are some additional snack shops and a cake shop for those with a sweet tooth.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities

Ibiza Airport has a number of ATMs dotted throughout the terminal as well as bureaux de change and a bank, providing passengers with convenient currency exchange and banking facilities. There is also a post office located within the Arrivals area.

Business and Conference Facilities

There is a conference hall available for hire at Ibiza Airport, with a capacity for up to 80 people. The facility comes equipped with a TV, video, overhead projectors and 40 computers, providing a convenient location for business passengers to conduct meetings. Disabled Facilities

Ibiza Airport is adapted to meet disabled travellers individual needs, with lowered pavements, lifts and adapted telephones and toilets. Taxis specially adapted for disabled passengers are available from Ibiza Airport with advance booking.

The airport has first aid facilities, a lost property office in the Arrivals area and several travel agencies and tour operators.
